There is a good tradition to celebrate St.Patrick's Day at school. This year it was the first St.Parkich's Day for the 5 grade students. My little friends learnet about the history of this holiday. Spoke about the main symbols (hat, shamrock, rainbow, leprechaun, pot of gold).
We have also learned some funny leprechaun dance that helped us to become mory healthy and active.
After that we wrote all the things we would do if we had a pot of gold. All our desires were depicted on the poster.
At the end of the lesson we got a letter from the leprechaun. He had left a small pot of gold in our classroom chimney! In the pot kids found magic pounds! It was a great luck!
I was very pleased with my students and their work. It is a real fun to be a teacher!
Later we had the Great St.Patrick's Day Lottery. Some of the kids won magic pounds!
