To motivate my students, I've made special "Harry Potter" money. I call them "magic pounds". The money are in Gringotts Wizard Bank. When the students are good in something, they will get the money. Later it will be possible to visit Hogsmead and buy something tasty or something useful! I'm sure it will make my students more motivated and willing to work hard!
